This blouse is one of Dressori's newer cuts, they call it their "swing blouse"

It has a large mandarin type collar, 3/4 sleeves, on seam pockets and inverted pleat in the back.

As one would expect for a style called a "swing blouse" the waist and hip is full and generous and attractively hides any lumps and bumps you'd prefer remain hidden.
